A) LIBRARY
Tolani College Of Arts & Science has a big Library with more than 10000 volumes of Books and Periodicals. It has also a reading room with the capacity of fifty students. It also provides all leading News Papers and Magazines in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Texts books related to the subjects of Arts and Science are available for needy students.
c) COMPUTER CENTRE
The college has a computer centre with fourteen computers for the students and faculty with internet and networking facility.
d) LABORATORIES
Faculties of Arts and Science like Home Science, Food Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Micro Biology etc. have their personal laboratories with appropriate infrastructure and equipments for their practical use.
e) SUBJECT CLUBS
Each department organizes various academic and extra-curricular activities like seminars, quiz, presentations, debates, group discussion etc. to inculcate subject knowledge and healthy communication skills among the students.
f) Volunteer Group
Volunteer Group consists of twenty five dynamic students from Arts and Science faculties who have contributed immensely to maintain a disciplined participation of students in various cultural activities, daily assembly, Annual Function, PTA and Alumni meetings etc.
A great amount of credit goes to our volunteers for their sincere and responsible efforts in the success of these activities.
g) Women Empowerment Cell
In the year 2006-07, a Women Empowerment Cell is formed under the Home Science wing which undertakes women-oriented programmes regarding awareness of their rights. Self-sustainable short-term courses like card making, candle making, cooking, embroidery etc. are organized for the girls.

VIVEC (Vivekananda Institute of Value Education and Culture) was established in 2007, with the aim to inculcate value education and spiritual enrichment among the students.
Proposed activities would consist of prayers, spiritual discourses, celebration of festivals birthdays of Shri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and other direct disciples etc. Workshops on character building, self confidence, meditation, communication skills etc. would be organized for the school and college going students.
In order to equip the people with the art of living and in order to enable them to get peace of mind in daily life, VCDs, Audio Cassettes and Books of Shri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and Vedanta would be made available in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

k) CAREER COUSELLING CELL
The Career Guidance Cell, setup in 2007, is administered by the faculty of the College. It is dedicated to provide comprehensive, quality career development and employment programmes. These resources enhance the diverse student community to successfully meet the demands and challenges of a career.
Objectives :• To provide available information on the jobs, positions and opportunities.
• To provide employment opportunities through recruitment programmes on campus and fostering partnerships both on and off the campus.
L) GREVIENCE CELL
Counselling services have been available to students over the years. However, there is a growing need to increase these services on campus. In order to help students cope with increasingly stressful situations and to enhance their self-image and develop their personality, a Grievance Cell was inaugurated in 2007. Appointed staff members are available to help the students with problems. Suggestion boxes are kept in the library and lobbies for the students.
m) Hostel facilities
There are two hostels for resident students of Tolani campus with the capacity of 365 students in Boys Hostel and 180 in Smt. Punibai Tolani Girls Hostel.
Representatives are nominated at the beginning of each term who then assume responsibility for the varied activities of hostel life, which include socials, entertainments, inter-hostel sports, library and the mess.
Hostel blocks have amenities like telephone, garden and other entertainment & recreation facilities like TV and equipments for indoor and outdoor sports
n) Other facilities
The college provides internet, photocopying and telephone facilities for faculty and students.
